Will indirect talks between the US and Iran lead to an unwritten, informal understanding that will freeze Iran’s nuclear enrichment program, greatly strengthen the IAEA’s monitoring of all components of Iran’s nuclear program, secure the release of American prisoners long held in Iran, end proxy attacks on American troops in Syria and unfreeze a portion of Iran’s assets in a manner that allows them to only be used for the purchase of humanitarian goods?
