
Zack Klim is Executive Director and Chief Curator of the Museum of the Peace Corps Experience. A sociologist and leader in international education, he brings over 25 years of experience in nonprofit, higher education, and global development sectors. Prior to joining the Museum, Zack served as Executive Director of Global Affairs at NYU’s School of Education, where he led multimillion-dollar initiatives focused on equity, youth development, and experiential learning in over 30 countries. Zack specializes in building cross-sector partnerships, designing professional learning systems, and scaling youth-centered programs that respond to pressing social problems. He served as a teacher trainer in the Peace Corps in Bangladesh. He has also worked as a public school teacher in NYC, human rights educator in Myanmar, and teacher trainer across Central America. He holds a Ph.D. in Sociology of Education from NYU and continues to teach at the intersection of education, social change, and global citizenship.
